01Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to read, navigate, and act on this website, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
02What we have done
Structure. Pages use clear headings, landmarks, and lists, and a skip link lets keyboard and screen reader users jump straight to the main content.
Keyboard. Every link, button, form field, and interactive element works with a keyboard and shows a visible focus outline.
Forms. Every field has a visible label, and confirmation messages are announced to screen readers.
Color and contrast. Body text meets WCAG AA contrast on our light, dark, black, blue, and yellow backgrounds. Color is never the only way we convey information: every service color comes with a written label.
Size and targets. Reading text is 15 pixels or larger, pages reflow for small screens and zoom up to 200 percent, and touch targets are at least 44 pixels on touch devices.
Preferences. The site respects your device's dark mode and reduced motion settings, and offers a manual light and dark switch.
Images. Our historical photographs are decorative and hidden from screen readers so they do not add noise. The wordmark and any meaningful images carry text alternatives.
03Known limitations
Small white text on our brand red falls below the WCAG AA contrast ratio for small text, though it passes for large headings. We are adjusting the red panels to meet AA for small text.
The Mirror demo is a sequence of cards. It works with a keyboard and announces each card, but screen reader users will not get the visual transition between cards.
Third-party tools we connect for scheduling, payment, or email may not fully meet our standard. We choose providers with accessibility in mind and will note any known issues here.
04How we test
We review pages with keyboard-only navigation, screen reader spot checks, automated contrast and structure checks, and on phones, tablets, and desktops in light and dark modes. We review the site again whenever we add pages or features.
05Feedback and help
If anything on this site is hard to use, tell us. Write to hello@storyworlding.ai or use our contact form, and include the page and what happened. We will reply within two business days and, where we can, provide the information in another format while we fix the issue.
